At Marhaba Lighting Tools & Accessories, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in the original packaging

• Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been installed or used

• Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

• Clearance or special-order items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
